Important: These Terms include mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver provisions that affect your legal rights. By using toto10, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on toto10 or use any services offered on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. toto10 employs strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
21+ Only. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed, deposits refunded (where applicable), and winnings forfeited. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' internet access.
toto10 is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account creation and during all betting activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of toto10 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your Account settings if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on toto10. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using the accounts of other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. toto10 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, toto10 requires all Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or a recent photograph for facial recognition matching.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request will result in temporary account suspension. toto10 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify toto10 customer support and change your password. toto10 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
toto10 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toto10 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and your Account verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 1–5 minutes, though delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or technical issues.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by toto10.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. toto10 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.
toto10 does not charge withdrawal fees on the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month are subject to a Rp 5.000 administrative fee. Withdrawals to bank accounts may incur interbank transfer fees imposed by your financial institution.
toto10 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without genuine betting activity, will trigger enhanced due diligence reviews and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
toto10 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying bets before cashing out. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%).
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or employing risk-free betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. toto10 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Violators will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Accounts permanently closed.
You may opt out of a bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Opting out will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, though your original deposited funds will remain available. toto10 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules and regulations of the relevant sport and competition. toto10 relies on official results published by recognized governing bodies. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or canceled event, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules.
Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time based on match circumstances. toto10 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to significant events (goals, red cards, injury stoppages) or technical issues. Bets placed during suspension periods may be voided.
All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by toto10 or any player.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP due to statistical variance.
All bets are subject to acceptance by toto10. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or obvious pricing mistakes. If a bet is voided after settlement, any winnings will be removed from your Balance and the original stake refunded.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, toto10's records will be considered final and binding. You may request a review of any disputed bet by contacting customer support within 7 days of settlement.

You may request self-exclusion from toto10 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed once activated.
If you attempt to create a new Account during an active self-exclusion period, the new Account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited).
All content on the toto10 Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of toto10 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from toto10.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toto10, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
toto10's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto10's operating license is issued, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined below.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of toto10, including disputes regarding the validity, breach, or termination of these Terms, shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of applicable fees and fulfillment of wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 7 business days.
toto10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if we determine that:
Upon termination, any remaining Balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts on toto10.
Your privacy is important to us. toto10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and toto10 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
toto10's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of toto10.
toto10 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service failures, or technical malfunctions.
